Very rude and horrible service. I had a pizza delivered to the Overland Park Medical Center in front of the pediatric wing. The driver called once she arrived (assuming) and before I could even exit the elevator, she called and said she had been waiting for 10 minutes and threatened to āleave and go back to the storeā because I was taking too long. Mind you, this is a HUGE facility and it takes time to get from one part of the building to the other. She also stated āIāve been waiting here for 10 minutes and if you canāt figure out where I am then Iām going back to the store!ā. I finally met her at the entrance and she was still rude and basically shoved my box of pizza at me. Did not tell me a total or anything.
Absolutely disgusting behavior. I am here with my 12 day old God-daughter, hoping she recovers from her sickness. You would think when delivering to a hospital, they would have a little more respect and compassion.. knowing families are dealing with a lot of tough issues....

I came here yesterday on break for a large pizza I placed for an online order. I arrived, my pizza was still cooking...no big deal. Some older guy came to the front and asked if I was picking up, I told him yes then he walked away. I stood there for about 5 minutes & then sat down. I sat for 10 minutes...at this point, Iām annoyed because now my pizza is done & I have yet to see this old man or anyone else. The pizza delivery driver noticed me and asked if I was being helped. I told him what was going on and he went to grab the old man. I stood there for a few minutes then he came back telling me it would be awhile. 2nite when I walked in the doorbell rang. I could clearly see the manager in the hall watching videos on his phone. I waited for someone to come help me. I coffed and made noises and still nothing.
Finally I had to scream out. HELLO IS ANYBODY HERE??
then he finally got off his phone and came in.
Great job Mr manager. I work in customer service. You just failed big time.
2ND THING ABOUT THIS LOCATION!!
AFTER YOU PAY WITH YOUR CARD THEY DO NOT TELL U ABOUT THE FOLLOWING SCREEN THAT POPS UP ASKING FORNA TIP. if you walk out and dont have the cancel button they can clearly add as much money to the bill as they want.
THEY SHOULD BE ASKING ME. SIR. DO YOU WANT A RECIPET? THEN If I say no say click the red button .
