Starbucks — Restaurant in Overland Park

The staff is very friendly and this is a great location because I work at JCCC. It gets extremely irritating however because today was the fifth time I have been absolutely ignored when trying to order! Five times, I have stood at the counter while four or more employees have been behind the counter; they look up and smile but go about other tasks that have absolutely nothing to do with serving a costumer. Each time, I have stood for 4 minutes (with no one in line - no other costumers at the counter) watching employees do about everything but take a simple order! Excuse me, but I believe that’s excessive. Each time, I have ended up sitting down in one of the chairs and ordering from my mobile app to get service. On five occasions (which I believe is four too many), it has been the only way to order. There are at least between 3 & 6 employees working at any given time, so I find this rather inexcusable. The most annoying thing is that the employees look at you, they see you, but can’t seem to figure out why you’re actually standing...

The girl who took my order didn’t know what seasonal drink I was referring to and told me they had it, it was made wrong (not a big deal, I don’t mind waiting a couple mins for a new drink). She then argued with me when I said it wasn’t what I had been talking to and so i asked if I could just change my order. I ordered a pink drink instead since the peach green tea lemonade isn’t back yet and the pink drink they made me was disgusting. Whoever was at the window at 130 today was rude and not a great example of how Starbucks usually treats...

Let me just say...I do not frequent any Starbucks. I can count on one hand how many times I've had it. Something came over me yesterday to finally try their guava passionfruit drink...the color is what drew me in and I love passionfruit...anything passionfruit, honestly. I will say, it wasn't the same color as the picture but it still looked amazing. That initial sip woke me up and I've been craving another one since this morning but this time I'll try something different. I can truly say that I understand why people...
