Recently I had lost a ton of weight after having a baby. I didn’t know what size I was or what would ever look good on me. I had an important interview coming up and I was so stressed about what I was going to wear. I have zero style and creativity! I walked in and I probably looked like a lost puppy, Kim greeted me and asked if she could help. She quickly found options she think would look good and found multiple options! Shiree jumped in to help style the most beautiful blazer with jewelry and offered advice on what necklace and earrings matched. Aby was my emotional support guide and helped with what shoes what look best and how I should do my hair to rock the interview. I can’t tell you how much these three women helped me and took so much stress off my plate. I can not sing this store's praises enough! My wonderful husband informed that we had to be at a ball with 4 days notice ( ladies, just let that sink in for a sec). I went to a few formal / bridal stores and just couldn't find the right thing. As I was talking to my husband in between shopping stores ( to be fair, when I say"talking" I mean repeatedly reminding my husband that 4 days notice prior to a formal event is something I will be holding over his head for at least a year), he reminded me that I've always found things at WHBM. Upon entering the store located at Oak Park Mall, I was greeted by the lovely store associate Pearl. As I revealed my current plight to Pearl she helped me find the perfect thing! She also helped me use my WHBM rewards I had forgotten all about, probably because of the state of frustration I was in with the hubster. THEN she offered to steam my outfit. Went in yesterday looking for a pair of leggings. Front associate was at first friendly and helpful, then quickly turned away and LEFT ME after she told me she was going to get me a room so I can try them on and decided to go and help another customer in the store. NEVER came back to check on me and then tried to ask me as I was leaving if they worked out. I can't believe the lack of professionalism and customer service skills she had.
