Subject: An Extremely Displeased Customer I am writing this to express my profound disappointment, frustration, and anger regarding the abysmal experience I recently had at your establishment. My expectations were not only unmet but were completely shattered, leaving me feeling cheated and disrespected as a paying customer.
To provide some context, I made a purchase of $30, expecting a satisfying and complete meal. However, what I received was an utter failure on your part. Instead of the entire meal I ordered, all I received was a 6-piece chicken. It is absolutely outrageous and inexcusable that over half of my order was missing. This grave oversight has left me feeling deceived and thoroughly dissatisfied.
In an attempt to resolve this matter, I promptly reached out to your customer service hotline. But instead of receiving appropriate assistance and support, I was met with an indifferent response. The representative I spoke to simply brushed me off, instructing me to "fix it online." This dismissive attitude towards a customer who has been wronged is appalling and completely unprofessional.
Reluctantly, I followed the instructions provided and lodged a complaint through your online platform, hoping for a swift resolution. However, the so-called resolution I received was an insult to my intelligence and a mockery of my trust in your establishment. To my disbelief, I was refunded a meager amount of less than $5. This laughable refund is a slap in the face and does not come close to compensating me for the inconvenience, frustration, and wasted money I have endured.
The staff neglected to include the coleslaw and two chicken sandwiches that were part of my order. It is truly mind-boggling that your team failed so spectacularly in fulfilling such a basic task. When I drove home I was given only one breast, 5 thighs, 3 Legs and 3 Wings. For just over $30 with tax for the meal getting short changed on the most desirable piece (breast) with only 1 piece and it being replace with a thighs and not being offered extra pieces if there were no more breasts ready is ripping off the customer. At least negotiate with the customer or give a discount or offer spicy instead of mild don't just hand it over and wait until the customer gets home and finds out. Bad communication and customer service and bad value....could have gone to Publix or Fresh Market which is closer in distance for better value but went out of my way for Popeye's and end up getting screwed because store wasn't forthcoming on availability of breasts.
If you decide to come here and use drive thru or use app for pickup, make sure they don't screw you and short change you on piece selection and give you legs and thighs when you should be getting breasts...giving you only 1 breasts in a 12 piece family meal that costs $30 is a rip-off and I should not HAVE TO ASK or CHECK THE BOX.
Also called the store and no one picks up and their voice mail box isn't setup, not very professional. I suggested that google that they delete your phone number since no one bothers to answer and management hasn't bothered to even SETUP the voicemail so that means that don't even check it. There is no escape lane until after the order board, so you are basically stuck there for the long haul no matter how long the line is. It took 30 minutes just to get to the order board. 10 of those minutes were at the order board waiting for somebody to take my order. After ordering and paying for my order, I was told to pull up near the door and park while I waited for my food. Another 20 minutes went by and still no food had come out. No one had even come out to tell us if they were still waiting on things. After another 10 minutes, I went inside to ask about the order. Nobody seemed to know why I was there and, when I clarified I was from the drive-through, they then started packaging my order for the first time using food that had been sitting out. They then informed me that they were out of some items on the menu that I had ordered half an hour ago. Multiple other orders had come and gone, so they probably had the items and just gave them away. Aside from the total of an hour that I spent just trying to get the food, the food itself was not worth the money we paid. Sandwiches were sopping wet with grease and missing multiple toppings, and their signature ghost pepper sauce, tortillas from the wraps were stale, fries were cold and soggy, ice in the drinks had melted but there was no flavor in the drinks to begin with.
