I was not happy with the food at all. I ended up not finishing my food after it came out almost 45 minutes from ordering. Then my waitress tells me they didn't have my sausage ready as they are still cooking it. Idk why didn't cook it in the 45 minutes of me waiting for the food to be cooked.
I then realized there were blackberries in my fruit bowl. I asked what fruit came in the cup. I was told Strawberries grapes and apples. I am allergic to blackberies, so I asked if i can get another as I am allergic and thus why I asked what came in it. Waitress said of course, and they gave me same fruit, but now my bowl is saturated in water as well as fruit. They clearly just rinsed it all off and removed the fruit I couldn't eat.
I gave fruit to my child who can eat it as her eggs she asked for over medium, were completely slimy. Wasn't cooked enough. So she didn't eat them. I took two bites of my biscuits and gravy, and instantly i felt my stomach hurt. I knew something was wrong but I continued for another bite then stopped. I asked for my check and paid for my food.
Yes I paid for my food and gave the minimum 15% I was raised to do. I didnt have to, I could of just caused a scene. But I wanted to leave due to my stomach hurting. I tried to use the bathroom and the stalls were full. Line formed. Apparently few others had stomach issues after eating. I wanted to leave and go home to releave myself at home as I took ate bad food. Its not the servers fault as her job is to just serve. So thats why I tipped. I could of done less, I know. But honestly, she shouldn't carry the burden of the cook, and its hard enough trying to survive this world.
My experience early Sunday was not well at all. Do better. The bathroom shouldn't be full of women having wrecked stomachs due to eating a few bites of your food. I hope you guys do well business wise, but it starts with sanitation, and making sure food is completely cooked well. And definitely stop cross contaminating things. What you did to the fruit could of killed me. So if you can learn anything from me, if you even read these, teach the staff how to handle things properly with allergies, and maybe cook...
Read moreI came here to celebrate my birthday with my husband and was so disappointed in our experience. We were immediately seated, but waited for 15+ minutes to be greeted by our server. I have a gluten allergy, and upon ordering, our server Jasmine was super rude about the allergy. Because I am sensitive to cross contamination, I decided to turn down the option to have gluten free toast. I asked if we could replace it with a pancake, or if not, fresh fruit and she said she’d check if she could do that. From the tone she spoke to me with, I felt really uncertain if there would be any precautions or care taken at all as she was very irritated that I had asked questions about the menu.
After this interaction, we didn’t receive any more service. She returned to the table next to us to serve the other customers, but avoided eye contact and we did not receive a single thing until 30 minutes had passed and my husband asked for a cup of water. Another 15 minutes go by, and she brings me the smallest, saddest breakfast I’ve ever seen - saying that the only side they could give me was tomatoes. A small serving of greasy, rubber-like powdered eggs, 2 small sausage patties, and underripe tomatoes with less than fresh lettuce. All of my food was cold.
I wanted to cry after the hour we had been waiting! This was not the experience I have had in the past. So, I let her know that it was a lot less than I would expect, and asked where the grits were. She left without an apology or offering to do anything at all, saying that the tomatoes were the only option. Her manager had already had to apologize to the table next to us for something else, so she was prompt in bringing me some grits to avoid having to apologize or make it right.
I was honestly just so upset that this awful breakfast had taken an hour and a half of our time. Every single thing we received we had to ask for, and I received a shrug or eye roll for every request I made. And no - I have not felt great after...

I'm going to start off this review by saying that the staff at this place was definitely friendly and prompt. They were very accommodating, providing us with the standard breakfast options we requested swiftly. A positive in the rather mixed bag experience.
We opted for two standard breakfasts with two eggs each. For my choice, I decided to go with bacon and potato. Meanwhile, my companion chose bacon and fruits. The orders arrived in no time, but the quick delivery unfortunately didn't make up for the quality of the meal.
To my dismay, one of my bacon strips was completely burned, something that doesn't exactly attest to meticulous attention in the kitchen. Moreover, the potatoes on my plate were dry and absolutely devoid of any flavor - a disappointment, to say the least.
My company's selection wasn't much better. The fruits were sludgy, again flavorless, not the fresh and vibrant side we expected to lighten up the meal.
We also ordered coffee and water to accompany our breakfast. However, the water had a distinct and overwhelming chlorine taste that was hard to ignore. When I brought this to our waiter's attention, he insisted that the water was indeed filtered. I found it difficult to believe, given the strong chemical taste.
In terms of value for money, the quality of the food did not match up to the cost. I wouldn't say it was an absolute rip-off, but I expected more for the prices charged.
With all this said, I am giving this place three stars purely because of the excellent service. The friendly, quick staff saved the day, to a certain extent. However, I strongly feel that the kitchen needs to step up its game and bring the quality of their food up to the level of their service. In the current state, I can't wholeheartedly recommend this place for a satisfying...
