This is a horrible and toxic environment.I walked out of there feeling angry and hurt. There was an employee sitting at a table with a bunch of Promotional cards. I ordered a smoothie, and walked over to the table to pick up one of the cards just to take a look at it to have something to do while I was waiting for my smoothie. I looked at the woman and said do remind if I take a look at 1 of these? She looked at her boss who was behind the counter. The boss said no. You can tellYou can tell it's a toxic environment by the employee had to get permission for a paying customer to look at 1 of hundreds of promotional cards. I let the staff know that I wasn't happy being treated like a second class citizen. The person behind the counter said "you can look at it". I left without taking the smoothie that I had already paid for. I think this place is toxic because of the fact that they wouldn't let a customer look at a piece of promotional material that they paid...

Today was our second visit to this location. We signed up for their loyalty app during our fist visit. After encountering a few challenges and Jawed, the owner, and his assistance, we were able to make it work properly. For a Franchisor, as big as they are, the app is not very well developed nor user friendly.

That’s the only issue that needs to be improved.

The bowls, smoothies, and parfaits are delicious. We even had a couple of turmeric shots and Lavazza espresso coffee/cappuccino. The presentation of their bowls is beautiful.

Agnes and Jawed are wonderful, hardworking and vey friendly owners and operators.

This place is certainly a great addition for Oviedo and we can only hope they will be there for many years to come.

I was hungry and wanted something fresh and healthy. Grain and Berry looks like a healthy place. The staff was friendly and answered all my questions about the menu items. I ordered Go Fig or Go Home quesadilla(fig spread, Brie cheese, apple, arugula, olive oil sea salt, pepper and balsamic glaze)and the Feed the Soul superfood Bowls(granola, strawberries, pineapple, kiwi, honey and hemp seeds with spirulina) My husband ordered the Go Figo Go Home Flatbreads with the cauliflower crust. All the foods were prepared fresh. We both enjoyed the bow since it was big enough for two people. This is a really fresh, delicious and healthy place for a light meal. I would definitely be coming back here to try the rest...
