Oriental Pearl — Restaurant in Owasso

Left hungry and angry. I had the Mongolian Grill. My shrimp was still grey. It was not cooked and still cold in the center. So I then went to the buffet instead. The buffet was okay. I saved room for desert. I got the apple cobbler. I planned making it ala mode. However, the cobbler was still ice cold. I asked if my bowl could be heated. No one seemed to understand me. They then took my cobbler and the cobbler from the buffet leaving me standing there. After several long minutes, I went to speak with the lady at the check out. I explained. All she would say is, no you can't take it with you. Again tried to explain. She then started signaling a large man to the front who seemed to be a customer. I explained to him what happened. He acted angry towards me. Then waved me off shaking his head and said he would tell them. I asked if I should wait or what he wanted me to do. He again in a very cocky way waved me off and said I'll tell them what you said. I was so angry I paid and left. I will never go back and hope others can learn from my experience not to go to the Oriental Pearl in Owasso. The food looked great but after loading plates all food was cold and tasted terrible and the meat in the 🥦 beef was not cooked it was bloody.. rice was not cooked thoroughly, I could go on and on.. I took several bites of different things praying something would taste good, spitting each bite in a napkin.. only thing I could choke down was 3 pieces of fried shrimp, a couple potatoes that also were not cooked thoroughly and cold, and the bottom of two rangoon.. the Rangoon was like yesterday's. I have never been so disgusted eating Chinese very gross.. at the end after my husband ate raw meat I was about to throw up and told waitress I'm not paying for this and I walked out. My husband behind me, the manager jumped between him and the door trying to force him to pay.. I told her I'm not paying for that .. then she said we had to pay for 1 meal I told her no I'm not paying for anything then she said to us that ok she would allow it this time but not to come back.. really ? I have lived here for years. We have always gone from time to time to eat here. We went last Sunday for dinner and as my dad was eating he felt a piece of metal and spit it out. He took pictures and we immediately let a waitress know. She informed the manager I would assume it owner who knows. She came by and took the plate and looked at it and didn’t say much. When this happened we were just astonished and we didn’t even finish eating. We just decided to leave and proceeded to pay. The owner or manager proceeded to tell us it was probably from the metal dish scrapers they use to wash. Which she just kind of brushed off. They didn’t charge us for my dad but still charged the rest of us. We were a group of 5. It’s not so much the issue of paying but things could have been handled differently. We left and I did call them to let them know that they should be careful because this something that should not ever happen.
