Sadly I was ripped off at this place in roots 13 specifically and Salontra didnât care First appointment was cancelled by her without any notice saying she wasnât feeling well. I tried scheduling an appointment that same weekend but she didnât want to so she Ignored me all day. When she was done â not feeling well â she got back to me. Why did I keep trying to schedule another appointment? I had already paid 400$ but I also didnât think it would get worse than that. Second appointment I get there but shes nowhere to be found. I had to wait for her for more than 3 hours. She knew I was driving 3 hours to get there that didnât matter to her. At that moment I respectfully asked her for a refund to which she said ok and just hanged up the phone on me right there. No apologies. Not really caring about how I felt. She was the one being aggravated. After that My husband told me that I should call her back after all we already had 400$ down and we had already drove a little more than 3 hours. I call her back. Huge mistake. When she finally shows up everything goes wrong. The texture, the length and the color of the extensions none of it was what we agreed on. Hair did not match my hair at all. Worse than that the hair was unusable. I could not style it at all. The hair is very thick and hard to the touch while my hair is super fine and soft. Every time I touched the Hair it would not stop shedding. Even worse the capsules could not be covered no matter how hard I tried. So I not only got ripped off with the hair quality but the installation wasnât done right either. I contacted her and yes I was mad and it showed but you have to understand that this is pricey and at that moment I knew that she knew what she had done but of course she got mad so she felt with the right to ignore me. I can say for sure that this wasnât a mistake it was something done intentionally. Since she forgot about our appointment to begin with she never ordered the hair for me. I have better extensions that I get from Amazon for 100$. Here I paid 800$ for Ktips supposedly. I was fooled with her good ways before I trusted her with money. After that she was very rude. Didnât allow my husband and kid inside because she said it was a place only for client and hairstylist but then her boyfriend got in until I left. Very uncomfortable for me and very unprofessional. Thankfully I was able to take that off immediately and got it done somewhere else where they really knew what they were doing. Second picture is the good hair after I styled it on my own at home.
