Nora is hands-down one of the rudest people I've ever spoken with.
That being said, I love my local paper, and wouldn't give it up for the world. This was the cause of the issue. I wasn't receiving my paper, and it turns out it somehow auto-renewed as only the online subscription (why would that be the default if I didn't select it?). I called in to get it switch to the print version, and woah boy... that was apprently the wrong thing to do, because Nora wasn't having it.
I literally wanted to just get my physcial paper again, and I got reamed out for even DARING to ask for an apology, because I hadn't heard back from the Argus for over TWO MONTHS after calling because I hadn't been recieving a paper.
