MI Favorite Store — Local services in Owosso

I asked how much..the gal weighed 1 chocolate...told me .37...i bought 11 chocolates..my total was 10.44!!! They weighed the box with my chocolates..chocolate..was ok, nothing special..when i questioned the lady on price she then told me she weighs them inside the box and wts vary..1 chocolate was .37 where as another chocolate..roughly same size was .90.. I can not believe the total.. I i bought cashews as well..for $4..so i ended up paying more for mediocre chocolates than i did nuts.. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND..outragously priced..unclear on prices-no where did it say each chocolate was weighed & inside the box(including box wt) Im highly dissatisfied with quality of the candy & the price.. Sad our local owned bussinesses are over priced,unclear & not very...

I went there today to get their gourmet popcorn. They have several different flavors, one of the new flavors was strawberry lemonade popcorn. It was pretty, but I got my favorite caramel and cheddar. Not only do they make and sell their own candies, but they also sell the supplies you need. They have the forms, the chocolates, caramel and sprinkles. This store reminds me of a store you would find in Mackinac city with the edible goodies and the selections of scarves, bags, soaps and candles. They also offer a selection of doggie treats! The store is get pretty as it's set up and decorated also. The young lady that waited on me was a joy and so very sweet. This store is absolutely fantastic!! I take pride in being from Michigan, Tori (store owner) has gone above and beyond taking pride in here State. With sourcing some of the greatest locally made Michigan products, to being one of the greatest small town business owners I've ever met.
