im gonna be honest and say I like hobby lobby. yet today I was called a child by the manager. and then told me that if I wasn't gonna buy anything to get out and have fun somewhere else. I was running and then stopped before you even got to me. I understand that is reckless but who are you to call me a child? a customer of YOURS. I clearly had 2 items in my hand (which I then purchased). If you can show that kind of disrespect to me, what kind of customer service are you providing to others? I'm so disappointed in the manager of this store. next time, handle these situations professionally because at the end of the day, no matter what, customers are always right. She the way she said, āDo you want a bag or notā was kind of rude and I just answered with yes. Then when I finished paying I was directly in front of her and she got the receipt from the machine and set it down where the check out stand ends to the right of me. I couldnāt understand why she couldnāt give it to me since I was in front of her. Instead, I had to get it from the end of the check out stand. I do understand that around this time the store is flooded with customers but, this is the 2nd time I get this cashier and sheās rude. Their website is easy to use and their deals are also great but nothing compares to going inside the store directly. It's clean, organized, and always busy with changes and upgrades of inventory.
Each week there is a new discount. One week will be for wall decor, another for the table decor, etc. In my opinion, it encourages people to come back again to fulfill what they need. It helps my pockets too because if I go in with an idea of a project, it allows me to pick up some pieces at discounted prices but not a low quality product.
