I know that this location is fairly new, but the quality of service & food has been going down. I'm on a high protein & low carb diet. I usually order Half Brown Rice & Half Super Greens, Double Chicken Terriyaki. One day I walked in to order. I noticed that they needed to refill the Super Greens since there were only 3 pieces of broccoli & hardly any greens left. The woman gave me a mountain of rice, & hardly any Super Greens. I have also noticed that the portion sizes of Chicken are smaller depending on who the server is or sometimes location. I understand you are busy & it can be a nuisance to have to cook & refill the Super Greens & the Chicken Terriyaki, but don't take it out of customer by lowering the quality. I've seen how if there is little Chicken they will split the portions between you and another customer because they haven't restocked the Chicken Terriyaki & try to make it look like it is double chicken. I've seen this happen at two locations. Panda Express is now hit and miss. I prefer now better portions of food at other local restaurant locations...
Read moreI went into this place with a focused mentality. I trained my whole life for the moment when i would eat Panda. i was hitting the gym and focusing on my enemy, THE HONEY WALNUT SHRIMP. The day finally came and i went in there, i told them to give me a plate of chow mein, and while the noodles were wiggling down to my plate, there it was..THE HONEY WALNUT SHRIMP. I trained for this though, i was ready. i got them to give me some on the plate along with orange chicken because come on now, we all need that orange chicken,keep it real. i devoured the whole thing in a delicious fast manner that i almost died(All that training did help me), wow i could not be more impressed. There's one worker there and i believe her name is Nalleli and she was very nice and helpful honestly. Read moreI placed an online order when I got there and asked if my order was ready they told me that they were barely making it,so I waited an extra 10 min (the reason I placed an online order was to not wait) I was understanding and patiently waited since they were really busy on a Sunday.When I got home they had my order completely wrong. They gave me rice(contains eggs) which I am allergic to instead of chow main.When I went to complain about my order the “manager” said they could only replace my order didn’t even apologized.I could of had an allergic reaction!!! PLEASE check your order before leaving Panda Express it’s their responsibility to check the costumers order whenever they have a “online order”.I take fault as well for not double checking but they have the Audacity to say that it’s not their fault they got the order wrong because “it was busy” VERY POOR...
