I ordered a bedroom set and a t.v. stand. It took several weeks for it to arrive. I understand the delay with COVID. I was told my bedroom set would be delivered on a Friday between 12 and 4, so I took the afternoon off from work. I got a call that they were running late and it would be closer to 6. Then around 6 I got a call that it would be closer to 8 or 8:30. I ended up asking them to come the next day. They said they couldn't. After many conversations and waiting on hold, I finally got my furniture a week later.
The second piece, the t.v. stand, was supposed to be delivered on a Friday. I, again, took time off of work to be available for the delivery. I got a call saying the unit was damaged and they could not deliver it. I was told that they would have someone go pick up another one and deliver it the next Friday. Next Friday came and went and no phone call and no delivery. I called and was told it would be delivered on the next Friday between 2 and 4. They did show up; however, there was damage to the front of the unit and the drawers did not line up. I had them take it back and they said they would order another one. It's been two weeks since that date and not one phone call from Premier. I called to inquire when to expect my furniture and was told that the delivery person never told him it was damaged and returned and they would check and call me back. They never called back, so I called again the next day. Rick, whom I spoke with the past few times, said he didn't know and will call the manufacturer and call me back. I am not optimistic that I will get a call back.
Bottom line is their customer service as horrible. It supposedly is a family-owned business and I wanted to give the smaller company my business. Unfortunately, they failed miserably in every aspect of my buying experience. I have gone to the larger named businesses for my...

I called after the six weeks and the gentleman on the phone said he would check and get back to me. He called back saying the computer wasn’t cooperating. I then said I was going to pursue a refund because I cannot wait any longer. He said he would track the order and call me back. He never did. I received a voicemail yesterday a little before 2pm saying they would like to deliver it that afternoon. I was at work. How could I accept a delivery at such short notice?
I called this afternoon after work saying I was on my way to pick it up. The lady on the phone said they did not in fact have it, it was in their warehouse in LA. She added if I had returned her call promptly yesterday I would have known before waisting a trip out there. But I was at work. Read moreBuyer Beware. My wife and I purchased a sectional sofa with built in power recliners. Premier Furniture talked us into an expensive extended warranty through Montage Furniture Services.
Our recliner portion had a switch fail 5 months ago. We filed immediately for service. We are now almost 4 months out from our original service request.
Oddly enough Montage sent the request to Premier Furniture to buy the switch after 3 months. Premier Furniture has told me the part has been ordered. It has been a month since the first person told us the part was ordered. Now I’m being told it was just ordered.
DO NOT BUY FURNITURE OR EXTENDED WARRANTIES FROM PREMIER FURNITURE OR HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH MONTAGE.
We are unfortunately and likely going to have to file a suit against the owners of Premier Furniture and against Montage Furniture Services to get our sectional fixed or refunded.
Also, use Caution as Premier Furniture has been trying to go out of business for a year...
