In-N-Out Burger — Restaurant in Oxnard

Had an terrible experience here went on 4/15/25 around 10:30am just wanted a simple double double and they messed up my order and put raw onions on it ,and when i went to remove ive also noticed it had just little to zero lettuce,i was surprised because it took bout 20 mins to get my order & there was only 3 cars in front of me. I went around the drive-thru again to get my order right and waited another 15 minutes only 2 cars in front(still very slow) just for them to tell me to park on the side. Very frustrating service so I just left without my order and without a refund or anything.last time they gave me a Cold/room...

We came here around 3-4pm on a saturday. Took our cousins from Australia for their first time. Also tried this location for the first time since their opening. Dined in, was not busy at all until after we ordered. Super clean floors and tables. We had a huge order of about 8 people each ordering a combo of some sort. They missed one animal fries but it makes sense for a huge order. They corrected it. The chili’s were stocked, napkins were stocked. Burgers were hot and fresh. Fries were crisp and perfectly salted. Place was hopping. Greeted at counter. Opened recently (early November if I understood correctly). I got a 2 by 1 protein because I think the meat stands out in lettuce wrap and didn't do animal because it gets too drippy. Really liked that, IMHO they do the best lettuce wraps in the biz. Fries, ok most people don't like them, but I think these were the best I've had from any In n Out, They were the right amount of crispy and salty.
