Teppan Steakhouse was amazing. They also have a twilight special from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. The food was fresh and tasty. The manager was awesome. There are tables outside and a bathroom available too. I loved it. I had steak, shrimp , fried rice and vegetables. It was delicious. I highly recommend it.

The dollar store or the 99 cent store is not the dollar store or 99 cent store anymore because some more it wasn't cheap to be there but my girlfriend she likes to buy a lot of stuff that's where it is but that's where I get my glasses that's where I get a lot of stuff pretty decent I guess it's probably the best one around besides the one by the hospital in Ventura...

As an Uber driver... I pick up and drop off Employees and shoppers... I would park here during the business hours... and be readily available... That now has changed... The roving security... do not want me parked here... So... I now.. Do not pickup or drop off passengers here. You can thank the fat lazy securities in the white...

Dying shopping center that never got popular. Businesses seem to fade and die here. Sport Chalet was one but then they all died. Office depot pulled the plug as well. Fry's seems to have cut back so much it's only a matter of time. Ample parking but it lacks the big names and shops. The area struggles...
