If I could give this place negative stars I would. Horrible customer service. As another person said they do NOT stand by their word. We bought the extended warranty for $250 and almost $3,000 on a sofa and they did not want to exchange it nor replace it. Upon purchasing the sofa and the warranty the sales person along with the person who helped us move our sofa guaranteed that they would exchange/replace our sofas within the five years if we were not happy with our purchase or if they had usual tear and wears like rips/stains/mechanical issues. They stated the only thing that was not covered was damage related to dogs/cats. Upon calling they stated that they will not exchange/replace our sofas. These sofas are so uncomfortable you can’t sit on them for more than 20 minutes without getting excruciating back pain. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO TO LIVING SPACES OR ANYWHERE ELSE. Rude customer service. I simply asked if this was the Oxnard location when I was on the phone with the man and he rudely stated that this location was in charge of all of the Reeds stores. Still not answering my question. Save yourself from back pain and from a headache dealing with these people and spend your money at a better company. I ordered online and the sales team emailed me immediately and they were in touch with me to do a small repair on the desk I ordered before delivery, I knew it had a small defect from my store visit. The desk was last one in stock and $100 less online than in store. The other items a bed, chest and nightstand table were same price online and in store. The communication was excellent and this was over Thanksgiving weekend. The scheduled delivery was easy, you get a 4 hour window and they call 30 min ahead. They actually arrived an hour early for delivery but they called ahead so it was fine.The delivery men moved the furniture into the room and assembled the bed quickly. They took away the packing material and had moving blankets around the furniture to prevent damage. Everything looked perfect including the desk you would never know it had a repair. They were in and out in 20 minutes. Love the furniture we got!...
   Read moreShopping for furniture with kids is stressful. We walked in with our 3 young kids and knew exactly what we were looking for. When we got to it, there were no signs on the tables about prices or measurements. When a sales associate finally came to help, they didn't know the details either and had to go look it up on the computer (which was able to do faster from my phone). Then, when I got the prices from them, it was hundreds of dollars more than the price online. Plus, the sales associate took SO long to come back to us. My kids were spent by then and we decided to leave and go with either purchasing it online or another store to find it for less. The store was clean, and spacious, and although slow, the staff was still considerate. And the furniture seemed pretty nice. Hence, I'm giving it 3 stars...
