UPDATE 7/9/21- Went In to exchange sneakers. Jess rang me up, and not only did he have a bad attitude and was rude, he overcharged me when I initially went in. Got outside, there wasn't something right on the receipt, and I had to go back to point out his mistake. Went in later in the afternoon on the same day, and pointed out to Gabriela (manager) that I caught another mistake, and still overcharged me. Gaby took care of everything.

I get angry when someone messes with my money, and consider what he did to be stealing. He probably does it with other people & the company, also. He shouldn't be working with the public with that level of attitude. If he's going to be handling money, he needs to learn basic math and counting change. Your customers are the reason why you have a job, you need to be nicer to them.

This location offers parking in the plaza parking lot with accessible entrance. Masks required. Store associate Ben was very helpful with shoe selection, which I bought two pairs of sneakers on sale. He was also helping another couple with their shoes and was very patient and accommodating over the time span of about 20 minutes for both of us. What you see is what is available for selection, however additional sizes were available in the back which Ben was constantly going to get. Store staff is polite and very helpful. It was before xmas when I took LOUISE to Dick's sporting goods and I decided to look for a couple dufful bags for the boys road trip and particular flask water bottles. I did not find them there but when I stopped at Big 5, it took care of my needs, needed one of the dufful bags red which in the right size, I did not find but it was fine, the flask bottles needed to be tall but skinny one in red the other in teal, happily I found what I needed. And the price was also good. Best year ever...
