Stereo 1 Shop — Local services in Oxnard

So I went to this place because I had previously had a stereo installed there. They charged me $1,500 for a system and because of this, I bought all the items this time on Amazon and it cost about $400. They quoted me $190 to do the install. I had also bought a car alarm and I brought all the parts to them. Everything was fine until it was all done and they had not installed the car alarm, then had the nerve to tell me that it was not on the work order. They could have at least told me that hey, the car alarm is not part of this and you'll have to pay a little extra, which I gladly would have forked over. I didn't have that option and by the time they were done it was almost closing time for them. Then their owner instead of just accepting responsibility for it got all disclaimatory on me. I will never go to this place ever again. What's funny is that I've got three friends who all need new car stereos put in their cars and I was going to send that business their way, but forget that. I would avoid these people. I would have been better off paying an extra $50 and have it done at Best Buy, at least then I would have known what it was right off the...

This is the place that you want to go when you want the proper work done to your vehicle for the best prices in town anywhere. the amount of knowledge that the staff has is superb. They will take care of anything that you need with little or no effort at all on their end. But they will go to any lengths to make sure that the way you want your ride customize is met your expectations. Do not go here... I went in to fix my car’s head lights. Well the second day after getting them fix one of them went out, i took it back about 5 times I waited about a week to get it replaced. Turns out my car a Benz does not detect the light system they installed and keeps giving an error message, the guy there had no idea on how to fix that or what type of light to use with this type of car and told me to come back in a few months and wait until he gets a machine that will tell him what is wrong????? On top of that I asked if he could fix one of the fog lights. He did fixed it but after a day it went bad again. I paid for all this services and asked for top quality products. It is clear to me that this place is not honest and do little to nothing... I had and still having a horrible experience with this place. DO NOT...
