La Michoacana Azteca 2 — Restaurant in Oxnard

My Favorite place for Ice Cream when, going to la Michoacana, you better be on a empty stomach, cause there is so many things to choose from, not only do they have ice cream, paletas de agua, leche, esquimales, they have elotes, fresas con cremas, mangoneadas, nachos, tostilocos, Aguas/drinks with natural fruits, queritos, well the list goes on and on, also be ready to wait there is always a line to go in especially on the weekends, I do have to say that when they 1st open a few years ago their customer service was awesome very friendly and helpful not so much anymore they don't...

Customer service was the worse today I have never complained about this place, but one of the girls that was in today was extremely rude to me I asked her to change the gloves she had on from the previous customer, she handled food and money and didn’t change her gloves, her attitude was just horrible. She starred at me and said what do you want me to do? I said change your gloves! The hole time I was there she was talking bad of other customers. All this was going on while customers where listing. Honestly based solely on customer service, employee was rude asked for a chocolate dipped vanilla ice cream and girl gave me an already made one which would have been fine but it had cookie crumbs on it which I wasn’t really wanting she rolled her eye’s and said “de que la quieres pues” .... Ended up just walking out I was very disappointed. Honestly really rude your only staff that was there 2/14/19 at 8:00 pm should be reminded of customer service and also yelled at a young man “estoy muy ocupada para ser ordenes...
