They were supposed to do a simple fan replacement and the technician callede and told me they broke the touchpad and we're having a hard time fixing it, they told.me they had to "take it apart and reassemble it several times to get it working" so I come to pick it up and the entire backside of the screen a good 12 inches across my laptop screen is no longer bonded together and simple opening the screen makes cracking sounds and LITERALLY COMES APART , so I take it back and they assured me they would order the part and fix it, Andrew said it would take 3-5 days for the part and a couple more for the labor. I get a call 2 days later saying my computer is ready to be picked up. I thought that's odd. Sure enough I get there and they tried glueing it(unsuccessfully I will add) and it didn't even help. I asked Blaine why the previous employee would lie to my face and tell me they were gonna source and order the part when they they in fact did not do that. he apologized and said he was embarrassed and that he would source and order the part immediately. I call back 2 days later (today) and the manager Carlos tells me that it's too expensive to fix and they're not going to do it. He also added that it was like that when it came in. I told him everything I just explained here and he told me to get out of the store, so I asked for a receipt which he then proceeded to THROW AT ME and told me to get out. Folks, don't visit this branch, in my opinion they are very dishonest, lying cheats and have no problem lying to customers. Do not give them your business and if you must, make sure you get every statement in writing, make sure you take tons of pictures of your equipment before you bring it in because they only care about money and have absolutely no ethics...
Read moreAfter a 6 year tumultuous relationship with gravity and moisture, my iPhone gave its final death rattle. I apparently held a wake for about 2 weeks or so praying for a miraculous sudden change in its status, plugging it in with no luck, wireless charging, expecting it to snap out of its coma. I had a glimpse of hope when the flashlight popped on randomly for about 20 minutes before it slipped back into its maddeningly sweet stubborn slumber. After being locked out of all my clouds and apps and pretty much my entire life, for so long I decided to give a proactive stance a chance and see if the outcome could perhaps get me closer to a more desirable station in life. I ruled out the apple store because my "honey do" list for them has grown beyond anything i want to start tackling. So I ggoogled best iPhone repair and these guys popped up even before the geniuses. I made my online reservation and headed in armed with the corpse and 2 useless iPhones I had been gifted that were/are bricks. I was hoping Dr. Frankenstein was on duty that day and id have a working monster by the afternoon. Carlos wasgoing to be the master of ceremonies/miracle performer. He was super informative about what was happening, I told him to take his time im not rushing the process at all. I didn't expect a win. Carlos was more confident than i was, he hadn't looked into her soul yet. I went to the bins to kill afew hours. When i arrived back at the shop it was a different yet equally charming fellow that that had to deliver my phones fate. I fried the motherboard. Lesson learned. When your phone starts to show signs of failure, it's in your best i nnterest to repair it then....
Read moreOne star is all I feel is warranted. I had brought my Xbox One in to get JUST cleaned & everything was in 100% working condition & when I had gotten home to play some games, the disc drive was not working. Which I thought was odd because it had been working perfectly fine beforehand.
So I had went back in & asked if they would be able to do the repair for free since they ended up breaking it when it was formerly in 100% condition & I don't think it's a big fix. Whoever had helped me, had changed his demeanor as soon as I asked that. And then just made some "You can file a claim" thing. Which, I just wanted my freakin' console fixed because it WASN'T BROKEN before. So I got pretty frustrated & just refused to even go back there.
It's a pretty sucky thing to not even offer to fix such a small thing for free since the mistake was made by you guys in the first place. So I'm sorry, but just can't give a good review knowing you've screwed me over & as well as my roomate who had brought in PS4 controllers before for stick drift & y'all "fixed" it, but then not even a few months later, the controllers just magically stop working & he had to buy new ones. He ended up cancelling his membership, or whatever y'all call it, after this incident because you guys didn't even help.
