Re-Up Barber Shop — Local services in Oxnard

I have long hair it's hard finding a place to cut my hair correctly and have me like it. I had called in advance and the man who answered was very informative and friendly. Let me start by saying this place and the barber were fantastic! When I got there the atmosphere was very comforting. The inside is decorated nicely and they had the football game on which everyone seemed to enjoy. I was surprised the wait time was very short without an appointment too! The barber who cut my hair was very professional and gave me great advice on how to ask for a haircut correctly for I don't have anymore bad haircuts. With a Men's haircut and Beard trim, it only came out to $22! The cut was amazing and precise too! The barbers are knowledgeable on the service they provide and I was very pleased with the service they provide at Re up! I went in and saw the amazing graffiti art and famous rap stars pictures in frames on the wall and imeadiatly felt at home and that I could trust these people. This was my first time going there so I was a walk in, I told the man what that I wanted a line up and a design (which was very tricky) but he told me that he had an appointment coming up so he asked around to other barbers in the shop who also had appointments coming up. I ended up not getting the design but I did get the best line up of my life and possibly the freshest fade seen to man!! This was also the first time I got to have the barber take a picture/video of my hair like the hair models on instagram. I had a bad experience with one of the barber first and last there anyways I was left butcher as hell and I had to go to a place where you cant where any hats and I’m not saying that my hair is perfect but he had his on style I don’t know if it was a joke I got a little disappointed and he seem mad when I ask him about it then some other barber tried to make it right but the wrong was already done so I left with out even paying was I wrong for this ?
