I wish I could give this boutique one star. I ordered two skirts on 4/7 For an event after purchasing I messaged the boutique right away for shipping details as I was nervous about ordering from a new place online but this boutique had the skirts I had been eyeing in my size.I was sent a copy of the shipping policy which was fine as I really was just looking for verification that this was a legit business. I hearted them response on Facebook messenger. The next day I actually wanted to order the skirt in the 3rd color option so I messaged the boutique to see if they would just add it to my previous order to avoid paying double shipping but got no response which is fine I already give sezzle all of my money from the shipping I do online. On 4/6 I asked for confirmation of my order because I noticed the email from this boutique had been flagged as suspicious from my gmail account. Someone responded with a screenshot of my order, and said it was being prepared. I received an email the next day saying it was being prepared which was disappointing as I was expecting the tracking number.on 4/9 I messaged the boutique now 6 days since I placed my order and no tracking number. This was there response Hello, I sent you the shipping policy and you must didn't read the entire thing. Your order was placed on a Saturday. With that being said the weekend you placed it on was a holiday. No your order wasn't a Pre-order and if it was I would've updated you on when the items came in. But your order was being processed in the order it was received starting on Tuesday. So with that being said it stated that it's 2-3 business days to process and then 3-4 days for items to be shipping out EXCLUDING WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS. I appreciate your business but if you need me to cancel it that would not be a problem. If so I will contact sezzle and let them know to refund you your money that they babe not sent to me yet. Thank you and you let me know if you want me to proceed or not. Thank you and have a good evening. I responded please ship the items I did not ask to cancel thank you. -The response OK I appreciate your patience, your order on is way and you'll get a tracking number today or tomorrow. Thank you for your business. 🙏🏽 4/12- STILL NO TRACKING NUMBER! I’ve sent two messages to this merchant and still no response. As of today I have opened a dispute with sezzle as almost 60.00 was already paid for the items with another payment due Saturday with a bad business merchant.
