Only came here because my sister told me of the rewards program and said I need to stop using disposables since I'm spending to much money on disposables. On September 18 I was waited on by a girl with long brown curly hair, wearing glasses and a black hoodie. I purchased 2 Novos and 2 premium e liquids for a total of $114 and change. She asked if I would like help setting them up and I said yes! The first 2 bottles we couldn't get unscrewed so she grabbed 2 more and we were still having the same issues. 2 customers came in and couldn't get them unscrewed either. I called my sister who uses the same liquids all the time and she said we shouldn't be having that much trouble as their is obviously a manufacturer issue. She asked if they could be exchanged since I haven't even left the store and I was told no. So here I am with 2 new novos and 2 juices that I can't...

Went in to upgrade to a better mod. Told the guy what I wanted and he would not stop pushing another one on me. Once at the register I got a bottle of juice and I asked since it was a kit I have everything in there that is needed. He stated correct. so after paying over $100 bucks when i get home and open box to get everything setup guess what no battery.
