The two Penn Station restaurants in Paducah, generally have a cut above in the quality of employees, compared to other fast food establishments in the area. There apparently are limitations. I arrived alone on a Monday evening at 8 PM. Three other customers in the place. The staff consisted of three young men. Which seems adequate for a Monday evening. I figured about five minutes to be served. Fifteen minutes go by, and the guys are busily working behind the counter, doing what I don't know. Finally I get my food at the twenty minute mark. While I was there Stevie identified that two sandwiches where within the other employees abilities to make. Then switching positions, Stevie finishes up orders, managed the bottleneck at the register, and checked in with their coworker's progress, all while giving service with a smile....
