I came to your drive through two days in a row with my 87 year old mother, who was not feeling well. she had fallen, which was why i was in town from Tennessee, and after a quick dental visit, she requested chicken salad. i had not tried CSC before, but it was excellent. we ordered sandwiches on croissants with the fruit. she ate well. the next day, i was preparing to leave and had taken my mother to a walk-in clinic with cold symptoms. i was concerned about her feeling unwell, but we decided to get chicken salad again. i think she tried the Southern version this time and enjoyed it as well. Both visits were at the drive thru, which was prompt and accurate. The staff was great. my mother continued to feel ill and was later diagnosed with the flu, so I'm thankful that she had two enjoyable and relatively healthy...
Read moreThe staff are very toxic and I've heard bad things about the management. The food is filled with slop even though they claim to be healthy and NOT fast food. They're a "fast casual food restaurant" with tons of corn and corn syrup. You best just make a sandwich from Walmart. Their bread tastes like it has no soul, no flavor, very chalky and bland. I've had better bread from McDonald's and that's funny because McDonald's isn't healthy either. Now I know why this business isn't booming as much. You'd best just eat a salad from olive garden tbh. You can't even taste the chicken, cardboard bits. Their service isn't bad, they can get orders in very quickly, that isn't the problem. I would not work in this toxic environment if I were you. Maybe it's just this one location. Maybe not all Chicken Salad Chick stores...
Read moreI picked up 2 combo meals (a scoop of classic Carol, scoop of spicy pimento cheese- then a scoop of the Dixie chick with a side of their pasta salad) my intend was to pick up to go & make lunch sandwiches for my fiance while were are staying up the road in a hotel for his job. All was delicious. Very impressed with the concept of this establishment as well as how delicious both chick salads are. The only thing I wasn't keen on was the amount of pasta (in a to-go container that was extremely small) I would've likely asked for soup or an extra scoop instead had i known that 4th option would be so small for around $20. (We didn't get sandwiches from the shop, just scoops. ) overall, still happy we gave it a try while in town from FL, --trying to try out all of the local gems...
