We just have had our very first baby at this hospital. They have a beautiful birthing center. We were referred by Dr. Crockett. We can’t thank enough to all the hospital staffs. Especially all the nurses and #DrCrockett. Loved the room which has huge space. Again, we’re so very grateful to all the people who cared for us. Strongly recommend this location especially for birthing.

Been waiting in the lobby for 5 hours on a return visit for a broken bolt in my back fusion. In pain and not happy by a long shot.

Horrible experience in the ER. I would give zero stars if I could. (Give the one star to the lady that took my vitals as she was the only person who seemed to know or even care about what she was doing.) I left in more pain than when I walked in. Unnecessary testing to rack up a large bill (actually 4 seperate bills). I first get there and am asked if some guy I've never heard of is still my primary. I said I had no idea who that person was then said and spelled the name of my primary (the name of the person I don't know was still on discharge paperwork which means she didnt put what I actually said into the system) Saw a Dr. for all of maybe 3 minutes and did nothing more than cause me to be in more pain than I was originally. Was given an IV of antibiotics even though I clearly said I was already on antibiotics (different from what was in the IV and I even had the prescription with me to show what i was taking) Then I was taken for a CT with contrast (which should not have been done as there was no reason for it). As I'm being taken back I'm being told they are going to scan my entire abdomen. One entire side of my face as well as my neck was extremely swollen.... what does that have to do with my abdomen?!?! A quick glance at me and anyone could clearly see where the issue was. I completely stopped walking and said why would you scan my abdomen? She looks at me like I'm stupid and says because of the pain you've been having. I said umm and motioned to my face and she says oh well..... you have a similar name to another patient. I had been shuttled back and forth to the waiting room over the course of many hours and there were only 2 other females and neither name sounded anything like mine. Then we get in the room and I'm told to lay down. I have 3 pairs of earrings on.. I asked if she wanted me to take off my jewelry first (while another girl has a look like wth) and the response was.. if you want to. I had a CT once before and they made sure I didn't have any metal of any kind even remotely near the area being scanned. I go back to the waiting room once again and eventually am again taken back to yet another room to sit waiting. I see the Dr. casually stroll by a few times. Then a NP comes in and says here's your discharge papers. I said so.... nobody is going to actually do anything and what about the scan that just had to be done and shouldn't the Dr. have come back and said something? Oh he's really busy with an issue in the back. (Really cause he just walked by for the 3rd or 4th time 3 seconds before you walked in without a care in the world.) Well, here's a prescription for an antibiotic (again - already had one) and a referral to an oral surgeon who should get you in within 2 or 3 weeks (by which point the antibiotics should have slowly but surely solved the swelling and pain and I can go back to the dentist - the dentist had me go to the er so that they would get someone who could handle it immediately due to the extent of the swelling and pain - I have since spoken with someone who works at a different hospital and showed them a picture of what I looked like at the time and they said ya we would have called someone to see you right away) Now I'm getting statements and numerous calls and text messages to pay the various bills (close to 8 grand) even though the insurance was never processed. I have returned the statements with copies of the insurance card, I have called and said I had insurance and am told it states self pay. I don't care what it states I'm telling you I have insurance. Now I am being threatened with collections (not for a balance due - for the full amount because the claims have not been submitted to the insurance company). I told my husband that in the future I don't care if he thinks I might be dying - drive me or tell an ambulance to take an extra few minutes to drive me to the next closest hospital because if this was the only option I might as...

This is pertaining to Dr Lele at TriPoint, Cleveland University Hospital nurses and Concord Village home/therapy. I am not sure which Dr. Lele but it was around November 28 that my Father was admitted to TriPoint for Covid and treated by the doctor. My father has passed because of this nightmare. I have waited a while to write because of the pain of having to relive it again. Anyways, my Father in February of this year 2023, had a fall. The ambulance workers suggested that he get checked to make sure that there was nothing wrong with his lungs from the fall but he refused at the time. After giving more consideration, he decided to get it checked out and was sent to Cleveland University hospital. The nurse's there were terrible that aided him except for one older woman nurse. The rest were in their 20's. When I was there one night we pushed the nurse button, since my father needed to be assisted to go to the bathroom, and they didn't come until 1 hour. That was because I had to go out and find somebody within that hour and we still waited. After we left they put him on a bed pan. My father urinated quite frequently at home and probably did so there as well and of course if you urinate frequently plus there is feces involved well, if no one changes the pan then it is a recipe for disaster. So he got a kidney infection from them for obvious reasons and he didn't have a kidney infection when he arrived there.

Then when they were releasing him from the Cleveland University Hospital they gave him a prescription to help his kidney infection which it was working, he was getting better. They also insisted that he went for therapy because he didn't walk that well. So he went to Concord Village and they gave him Covid. As the nurses at Concord Village realized he was sick they sent him to TriPoint hospital. He was there for about a week. Dr Lele looked over him and my father said to me that when he wasn't getting better and would tell Dr Lele that, the doctor would get disgusted and walk away. So finally, Dr Lele says to my father you're healed of Covid and he wasn't it was still in his lungs. Dr Lele was not thorough and because of this he sent my Father back to Concord Village which was basically a death sentence. My dad ended up having a stroke and was poisoned with sepsis therefore he could not recover and passed at TriPoint hospital March 17th 2023 at 11:25 p.m. as I watched him take his last breath. You know, if somebody doesn't really care about people then why do they get into medical professions? There is a reason why Tri-Point has a nickname and we all know what that is. In both TriPoint and Cleveland University hospital (main campus) you need to rid of these people that don't care about what they're doing.

Yes, my Father was very feeble but when he was sitting he was like normal. I enjoyed talking with him and no matter what anybody says based on his conditions whether there was one day, one week or one month left in his life, they cut his life short. I feel doctor Lele and all the nurses that were involved really shouldn't be working there anymore. It's really quite pathetic, I love my Father and now I'll never get to speak to him again. I felt that he had quite a few more years to go but because TriPoint , Cleveland University hospital and Concord Village couldn't follow procedures my Father I am no longer able to spend time with him.

How many more people are going to lose their loved ones because of them? He was fine they checked him, nothing from the fall hurt his lungs but these people through negligence...

I am compelled to share a deeply distressing experience at Tripoint Medical Hospital. My mother, being a heart patient was in severe pain in her back and abdomen along with abdominal swelling & many other symptoms. She had clear signs something severe was happening & was desperately seeking help, but was met with indifference from the staff. Despite her pleas for assistance and a clear indication that something was wrong, they assumed she merely sought pain medication, and from our perspective treating her as if she were a drug addict.

The delay in administering vital pain relief was agonizing; it took an unacceptable amount of time for them to provide something that barely helped her pain. Tragically, shortly after receiving it, my mother went into cardiac arrest.

The nurses and doctors failed to properly interrogate and notice her very clear symptoms that something was severely wrong, marking negligence. Their incomplete assessment and delayed intervention of multiple clear symptoms of a serious problem & they treated her situation without the urgency it deserved. Their procrastination and lack of proper response were deeply disappointing.

My stepdad, attempting to advocate for her, was met with hostility. Instead of addressing his concerns and facilitating care, they resorted to threats and intimidation, even stationing an officer outside their door.

The lack of communication was astounding. The presence of a crash cart without explanation left us in the dark. No one had the compassion to inform us of the gravity of the situation, denying us the chance to say our goodbyes.

Dr. Parmar, during resuscitation efforts, displayed an alarming lack of empathy. His cold words, void of hope or explanation, left us feeling abandoned. It seemed like they gave up on her before even attempting to understand the severity of her condition. They robbed us and her of a peaceful and loving goodbye.

In her final hours on Earth, the absence of compassion was glaringly evident. She deserved better. She was an amazing & truly loving woman. Instead of acknowledging her humanity as a mother, patient, human - the hospital staff treated her as a mere number. With an attitude that challenged every question and concern, there was not a trace of kindness or compassion to be found that night, except for Hunter, who notably stood out as a beacon of compassion in the overall lack of kindness that night.

It's disheartening to share that this hospital's reputation for subpar care is not isolated. Many others have echoed similar sentiments about their experiences. The hospital also is referred to as “Diepoint” because of how this facility runs and the lack of care.

It’s simple, they neglected her that day. Emotionally and physically. Tripoint staff should be ashamed and disgusted with themselves. Tripoint needs to be held...
