AGAIN horrible horrible service. It seemed like the server was bothered by us being there. I get if it's a little busy, I get if you're having a bad day, but you could at least be kind. I've been a server before, if you're having a rough day, communicate that in a friendly way to your customers and generally they are nice enough to understand and work with you. I even tried to ask them if they were having a bad day and if there was anything I could do to help, explaining I used to work as a server and they just straight up said "why does there have to be something wrong? This is just how I am" as a server your idea of "just how you are" is disinterested and rude to your patrons? And not only that I tried to talk to management and they never came. I even asked a busser if they could grab management expecting my waitstaff to not get mgmt appropriately. I also waited a ludicrous amount of time to get cold, gross food. And when I told my server about it they told me it "wasn't their problem." I left a low tip, but I don't even think I should have left one at all. It's sad to say the recent uptick in positive reviews lured me into giving this place another chance, just for me to be even more disappointed. Please, don't eat here until they learn how to properly handle their customers. Despite the good reviews, there's still a good handful of bad ones. I really wish that this place would get it's act together. I'll probably never try this place again. They don't deserve my money after 2 horrible experiences.
Went here on my last trip to visit family. Google Opinion Rewards wants my review so here we are. Went here on a friend's recommendation and I totally regret it. Food was cold, fries were gross. When I tried to complain to management, whatever gentleman I spoke to was incredibly rude about me complaining. Like maybe get your food right instead of getting mad at me complaining and I would've left a good review ? I get it food isn't always good but how you treat your customers is despicable. I don't know if I'll ever return. Maybe if the management learns to correct bad food instead of lecturing their customers especially because I waited almost an hour for cold food. It's ridiculous. Read moreFirst off I NEVER leave reviews, but for this one I had to. Bad from the start. It was not very busy and we walked in with our two young kids and no one was up front to greet us. We were wondering if we should seat ourselves. No big deal but when the hostess did come up she didn’t even apologize or anything just said “Hi, how many” we shrug it off and are excited to sit down for our meal. Kiddos got chicken fingers and fries, Husband ordered a burger and I ordered a chicken avocado sandwich. The only thing good on them were the fresh lettuce. Our buns were soggy, husbands meat was soggy and looked terrible. He ate half of it hoping it would get better and never did. My chicken sandwich was so dry and terrible I spit the only bite of chicken out that I had and didn’t eat any more of it. I could hardly chew it. Not to mention our fries tasted old and like they were reheated. Most of them were so brown and questionable looking we didn’t eat them. Our kids kept asking why the fries were brown. I wish I would have taken a photo of them! (You can see one of them in the photo below next to the butter knife)The kids chicken tenders looked freezer burned and were also dry. Our waitress came over 5 seconds after the food was delivered and told us we had ketchup on table etc but ever came back again. Our waters went empty and we were thirsty but she never came back. By the time she came back we asked for the check and told her no boxes. She didn’t ask if there was a problem or anything and we really don’t like confrontation so said nothing and decided to leave a review. We had our waters right on edge of table hoping for a refill but again it never came and we waiting awhile for her to even grab the card while we sat there thirsty and hungry. We will not ever be back.
I forgot to mention the staff were making videos up front while we sat there waiting for water refills...
Read moreWent there this past Friday with a co-worker. The place itself was very nice and you could tell they put a lot of money into it. I had a hamburger with bacon and mushrooms. The burger was good but the mushrooms tasted a very odd(didn't think much of it). The next day I was violently ill from the mushrooms(I know because once they were out of my system I started to feel a little better/they tasted terrible from night before-not too hard to do the math).
I wanted to make sure that this would not happen to anybody else because this was hell. I called the manager(first time I have ever done so in my life) and he told me at first that he received no phone calls about this which I replied that just because you haven't received a call doesn't necessarily mean that nobody got sick. He then told me it could have been something else I ate which for sure it wasn't(he was just being defensive which I understand). He then told me that his employees ate mushrooms and didn't get sick(which I doubt he checked on). He then said it could have been that his employees were eating in the line while making food(which could be true too because I did witness this-and the owner looked on camera and caught a worker doing so). He did say he was sorry about it though and that he'd look into it.
Anyways I just wanted to say to be careful eating at this place. I feel good that I did my civic responsibility of telling him what happened. I made it clear I was not looking for compensation and just wanted to make sure that what happened to me does not happen to...
