Neo Pizza — Restaurant in Ohio

Horrible. Ordered Salad online. Not hard..mixed greens, red onion, chicken, cheese. Picked up my order. Walking out the door thought 'this feels awfully light'. Opened lid. No Chicken. Take it back to the counter, girl that was working there hands it to the guy who is filling out a pizza. "There's no chicken". He looks at me like I have 3 heads. Finishes his pizza. Opens my salad, rifles through it looking for the apparently invisible chicken. He literally picked up every leaf of the greens apparently hoping to find a piece of chicken hidden away so he could claim there was chicken in there. Finally apparently admits defeat and dips in the scoop to add some chicken. Seriously...did he think I had hidden it in my pocket?? Shakes up salad and hands it back. I say thank you. Not even an acknowledgement. Still looking at me like I was the worst part of his day. No 'sorry about that', no 'you're welcome', no have a nice day. This was my first and last time coming here. Oh. I did eventually find the 8 strings of cheese they deigned to grace my salad with. Salad didn't taste bad at all, but I really appreciate going to restaurants, fast or sit down, where the customer actually...

This is a place to walk in & eat food & nothing more. I gave 2 Stars because the food tastes good. However, my experience was a “0” in the customer service dept. Today, my clients tried to phone in an order that I was planning to pick up & pay for. My client was instructed to order online & there was no bend t this rule. This didn’t work for us since they don’t have access to my credit card & we don’t work in the same location. This team & ownerhip was very rigid on “their way” which through off our time table. I called & spoke with the manager & he was not be flexible. When I spoke to the owner about this he became upset with me for sharing my perspective & threatened to call my employer for “mistreating him”. I hope the owner will see the opportunity at hand: you need to be flexible & think outside of the box & you should value your customers & welcome new ideas & feedback. Ultimately, I was trying to help him & also help him make more money ;) I won’t be using Pizza...

My son eats here frequently and he wanted to introduce me to this pizza place that he loves...his treat! Couldn't turn that down, now could I? The dough is fresh and all the toppings are laid out similar to a Subway...you pick what you want on your pizza and the employee puts it all together for you and then places it into a large rotating pizza oven. I had mozzarella and feta, chicken, ham, green peppers, onions, mushrooms, tomatoes, jalapenos and minced garlic on mine and when it came out of the oven, I asked for bbq sauce. There are 5 or so sauces to add to it at the end such as buffalo sauce, garlic parmesan, bbq and 2 or 3 more. It was cooked perfectly and tasted delicious!! I didn't give it 5 stars simply because I simply love ricotta and ground beef and that was 2 things they didn't have. The price is on point at 9.99 for a full pizza with unlimited toppings...you can't beat that!! I highly recommend you try this place out if you are a...
