Worse place we have been to in years! We will be going back to our normal groomer! We couldn’t get in with our groomer due to no openings so we figured we try wolf gang since it’s by our home! The so called groomer, a girl with tattoos all over her arms with curly hair came out to get our grooming details. She talk down on us like we didn’t know what we were talking about when we stated we wanted xyz done! She was so rude we almost turned around but our pup needed groomed bad as it had been a six weeks! We were told on the phone the groom would be $100 which seemed a little high but we knew it was last minute! When we got there our aggressive groomer stated we were looking at $150. We told her we were told $100 she said well it’ll be $150 I’m not wasting my time and skills for $100 and you’re getting an amazing groom! We almost left but again said maybe she is having a bad day and maybe she included her tip in there! When we picked up our dog the cut was uneven, cut the eye brows even after we stated several times not too, she didn’t do the nail trim even tho she stated she did, and our baby had a few cuts on his tummy she claimed there were Mats but when we dropped off she stated we were doing excellent brushing and our dog had no mats! The biggest kick in the teeth was the price! For one damn dog we paid over $285! The amount of add on items they charged without discussing with us or asking! When we stated that she said well I did them so this is the price! We got charged a extra dry time, aggression fee, demat fee, anal glands, teeth brushing! Now mind you we didn’t ask for any of these our dog isn’t aggressive at all, and the appointment took a hour! How can you charge a extra dry time when the appointment was so supposed to be two hours and you took one hour! We stated several times we did not agree nor ask for these extras and we were told the price old be one thing and it damn near tripled! I asked to speak with the manager and the groomer that did our dog said she was one of the managers and the price was firm and if we didn’t like it we could go back to our regular groomer! This place is horrible! They just take advantage of people, are rough with dogs, and are flat out rude! I will never go back and will tell all my friends in our development to stop going after this experience! Shame on you concord township for allowing this to go on in our community! And most of all shame on that curly headed tattooed rude young lady that is a so called groomer! Lastly I had to take my dog to the vet bc of the cuts on his stomach which they gave me special cream medication for so I also got hit with a $300 vet bill due to tour so called groomer that’s been grooming for years! I did let wild gang know about the vet bill they basically said they are not liable for this and offered nothing! I will be following up with the BBB, the community township committee, and...
