I've only had this bedroom suit for less than a month. I paid a down-payment of $214.00 and another payment of 104 and they had a payment due again in the SAME MONTH FOR 212.00 WHICH MEANS I WOULDNHAVE PAID OVER 500 THIS MONTH. I never agreed to this much money a month for a bedroom suit and I believe it was a big misunderstanding to begin with. I've never had to pay this much money for anything rent to own and I would not recommend anyone getting involved with this company. The manager Jose Martinez is not very informative and I think he takes advantage of people and im very dissatisfied. I have a baby that's coming Monday and that's when they are coming to get my bedroom set after paying all this money so I've been beat out of over $300. What type of company takes advantage of someone who now will have to come out of pocket for a bed with a newborn child. I'm very upset and I hope something will change. I have called the corporate office and will keep complaining until...

The employee had me sign a lease to rent a TV that was the incorrect size of my desire. If I hadn't known the Samsung model architecture and gone to check the paperwork online when I got home, i would have been quite upset when the wrong TV when it was delivered. I had to call and explain it to the employee and she got it fixed, but the payment contract was now invalid. I had to speedily scan through the new contract with the increase in price when the TV arrived. I also was given a floor model. I assume they dont give new devices when you purchase.... the remote already has markings on it and the TV was not in a box, it was carried into my home, whole.

I went into buddy's for the first time ever for a mattress because the one I had was causing back pain. I met Travis, who shook my hand. He was professional and friendly. I found a mattress in seconds. Surprisingly, he was able to deliver the same day. It was fast and easy. I was very impressed. He also offered movie popcorn nights for families as a way to give back to the community. The delivery drivers came right away, and they were so friendly. They had no problem taking off their shoes when entering my home. No shame in their game. My mattress is great, I love it, no more back pain. I am happy and I have a great deal.
