Worst hair braiding experience EVER!! First off I got there at 9am had to take Nana to another store to get the hair for the braiding😕... then she has one person working on my head just braiding a little bit, because I wanted Senegalese twist and that lady can't twist tight. Nana goes and starts working on another persons head and jokes I think I overbooked myself. Not much is done by noon but they take a lunch break to eat and I'm just sitting in the chair. Then they're not washing their hands as they want to come back to my head just wiping it while eating with theIr fingers. Long story short I didn't get done until 530 and it looked like I had them in for 2 weeks already when it was done. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Today I got my hair straightened. Nana was very nice and professional on the phone and in person, she washed my hair and gave me treatment, so my hair can last long. It took 2 hours but it is worth it !!!! After she was finished she did my eyebrows and did a little clean up around my head for excess hair, for the affordable price.
