First and formost i want to thank dr vogel and his team for always being more than professional and understanding with my questions..i fear breast cancer so much now because i lost my mom due to it..that being said i had to go for a biopsy recently i was having panic attacks so bad i broke out in hives and almostpassed out..had my mammo done by jamie balchus who explained everything and kept me so kind..when ultrasound showed i needed the biopsy she helped deliver the news she held my hand and treated me with such compassion..she promised me she would be there and hold my hand thru procedure a couple days later she was there and 100 percent honored what she told me staci sharpro and Dr.monica yepes.were so compassionate ..gentle and soft spoken to were i felt safe and no longer scared when the procedure was over i couldnt believe it was done ..because of this team i will never be afraid again and i will never go anywere but sylvester deerfield 2nd floor amazing group of people with them i know...

Horrible. what The dr.s don't tell you is that radiation to any area can damage your lymphatic system and cause you to have lymphedema which is incurable due to radiation. What kind of dr.s do not tell their patients of potential side effects as damaging as this??also dr w. Doesn't do a pet scan after stage 4 radiation and chemo treatment? He only did a MRI of the radiated area and says, your cancer free? Only to have the cancer growing in other areas and the patient not knowing because he missed it? What kind of standard of care is this? . the dr.s here apparently collect a paycheck and do not care about the patients. This is about early detection and saving lives isnt it? Then why dont they do the correct thing? I'm disgusted and sad and hurt. My advice, get as many opinions as you can, even out of state before choosing...

I just finished my radiation treatments a little under two weeks now and all I can tell you is "What an amazing experience". They were so attentive & caring & loving with me throughout my 28 sessions. They took their time and never rushed me for anything. I love and appreciate the entire staff from the ladies Sonia & Danielle at the front desk to Meredith, Iris, Vickie & Sara that place me on the radiation to my Dr Abramowitz and PA Heather. You will never regret having UM take care of you during such a trying time for many. And for everyone to be present when I rang the bell was even...
