Update: I was contacted by customer service and they didn't charge a late fee on my credit card as I requested based on my experience in the store. I changed my review up to a 3 as overall I was satisfied it was just the one employee that I had an issue with. The employees here really don’t care about anything. They were pins sticking in my feet when I tried on my rental suit and nobody cared… One lady I told said " I aint touching that" and refused to get the manager to look at. The tall gentleman helping me at least said he would take care of it as it was a safety hazard like I had pointed out. Then because I live far away I said I wanted to ship it back from my house using UPS because I didn’t want to drive all way back to drop off and would be busy after my Daughters wedding. When I looked initially if I sent my measurements in on their website I could have rented the suit and returned it all using the internet and shipping. The man said no just bring it back it’s OK take your time. I went in to get measure to be safe and the suit was mailed to me after I got fitted a week and a half ahead of the event and when I brought it back Wednesday afternoon not Monday afternoon the lady was borderline rude and said how do you want to pay for the suit. I said its all paid in advance and she said " Its 2 days Late" in rather nasty tone of voice. The wedding was Sunday well into the evening and the woman just repeated I had to pay a 2 day late charge which is absolutely ridiculous. I feel like it’s a scam so they can get more money out of you. When I said Im not paying get the Manager she said no I aint doing it again and refused… then refused to give me a receipt that I had dropped it off because I refuse to pay the late charge. Sharika was very helpful with my adult son that needed a suit last minute for his grandfather’s wedding the NEXT DAY. He was supposed to get a jacket earlier in the week to go with his dress pants but he didn’t - turns out he left his pants, belt and dress socks at school - so he needed literally everything for the wedding but shoes.

Sharika measured him and picked out a few jackets for him to try on. He landed on the most plain looking but well-fitting jacket. I made him pick another color and he went with charcoal gray. slightly less boring than black. Next was matching pants which was the easiest part. On to the shirt.

Of course he wanted a sold color and refused to try anything with a pattern or color other than grey. I convinced him to try navy blue and he obliged. While in the fitting room I selected 5 ties that would match. He didn’t like any of them but settled on the one closest to a solid print. I picked out a reversible belt and 3 for $30 dress socks at checkout. He picked a pair with poker chips but the other two - you guessed it - solid.

Why go to all this trouble for a grown adult male who couldn’t give less effort to his appearance? That’s exactly why. Now he has a nice, well fitting suit for business school, weddings and whatever else he needs and he won’t look like he got a suit from the rack at Goodwill.

Experience here was terrible. We went in to set up rental suits for my wedding party and to purchase a suit for my wedding. We got there at 11:30am. One person was working. I assume it was the store manager. He said all of his employees were late, but would be there to help us. He said he was not able to help us until the rental employee and custom suit employee showed up. We waited around until they got there. The rental employee was not knowledgeable of the suits he was renting. We pointed at the suits we wanted to rent. He grabbed what we thought were the suits so we could view them. After going through the process he came back and told us the suits we wanted only went up to a certain size. We changed the order and were told to wait for the custom suit maker to come help us. That guy never came. He was in the store but folding clothes. We got up and left. Went next door to JosABanks. We found out they are owned by the same company and were able to transfer our rentals to them. They brought out the suits we had picked and they were not at all the same as shown at men’s warehouse. They are prom suits only made for teenagers. I will never visit this location...
