A group of ladies decided to go to Worth Avenue and have lunch. While there we stopped at Daniella Ortiz. What a wonderful experience. we walked in and was greeted by this absolutely beautiful young woman who is the perfect ambassador for this high-end handbag store we found out her name was Shannon and she went above and beyond to show us purses. She knew so much about the product - where it was made how they do it - it was like I was in a museum, the bags are beautiful and I will buy eventually - right now was not the time. Exceptional Quality & Service! I discovered this store at a ladies’ night charity boutique and instantly fell in love. Their leather handbags are beautifully made, with stunning colors and excellent craftsmanship. I always get compliments, especially on the red one!

When I wanted a specific summer color before a trip, it took longer than anticipated, the staff went above and beyond—even personally delivering the bag to my home to make sure I had it in time. The store manager is warm, helpful, and truly customer-focused.

I discovered this shop by accident while eating at a courtyard restaurant in Palm Beach. The model showed us this gorgeous bag and right after lunch I headed over. I LOVE it and that’s an understatement! What do I love most? I love the tortoise chain shoulder straps, the buttery soft leather, the roomy inside area and the quality of the craftsmanship-from the stitching to the silhouette! I also love that I don’t see this bag coming and going on others-it’s a true gem of the handbag world, so unique and beautiful. So glad I now know of Daniella Ortiz!
