WOW! I called and spoke to Christine on the phone to inquire about having my watch battery changed. She was very nice on the phone and said I can stop by and they could take care of it. I got there and spoke to Christine at the entrance and told her I had 2 non-luxury watches to get fixed. She took them and within 10 mins she came back and they were done.
