Five years ago my boyfriend at the time brought me to Palm Beach . We walked worth Ave enjoying all the luxury stores . I had mentioned I always wanted a tanzanite ring. We parked in front of Maison Maurice Jewelers . I was in a pair of Jean shorts and t shirt nothing fancy by any means my boyfriends takes me by the hand and brings me into this wonderland of jewels . I felt like pretty woman when she goes to buy her cocktail dress , I was in t shirt and jean shorts here I am in this exclusive store! Henry was there he sat me down in front a glass top cabinet in the center of the store and I look down there sits a 6kt tanzanite and diamond ring that took my breath away he put it on my hand and he and my guy talked while wandered and took in what I’ll never forget as being the most beautiful jeweler I had ever seen . I started to take the ring off and Henry said no my dear it’s yours I almost fainted d . I’ve never once was treated like I didn’t belong there . He made me feel like I was one of the stars who are in his book he sells his fabulous jewelry too I’ve seen it . Like he told me once your in my book you will come back . He’s right I’ll be there the end of the month for another piece of his Jewelry. First class top shelf amazing amazing treatment...

My mom was given a gift from Maison Maurice in Palm Beach that wasn’t well made at all. The enamel broke off within five times of wearing it. It was a 14 karat gold charm necklace with blue enamel. She loved it when she got it and was shocked and very upset at how immediately it broke and how few uses she got out of it. She tried to get credit or return the item but the father and daughter who run the business were extremely rude and unreasonable and basically told her to leave otherwise they would call the police, when she tried to explain to them that the item is not well made at all. And that it’s not fair to not grant her a return or a credit or anything at all, given the circumstances. I never leave bad reviews but I think buyers should be warned. This guy here is rude as anything I can explain, we were asking the price for some earrings in the window, and he rudely shut the door after telling us the price of $7500. He has no sign for the store hours, he’s inside so we asked him about it those earrings. He said we need to come back a different time after asking the carrot size. My sister said he’s rude pushing us away. And he shut the door on our faces again, and then he pretended to record us while the whole time he was on his cell phone so of course he couldn’t record video.
