Aaron's Rent To Own — Local services in Palm Coast

When we go in to purchase( cash )for a couch and two beds everyone was very friendly however we was there for a long time . The lady working the front I don’t know if she was new or what but I kept asking for prices of the beds we wanted and I kept getting the run around. Then she kept mixing up the sizes of the beds/ mattress/ box springs sizes, then I plainly said I just wanted the beds nothing else like dressers and I was given a quote that included all of it i again had to repeat I did not want all of that. I was also told they was sending someone that day to get the couch from Daytona and would deliver that afternoon. I waited and called back to find out we wouldn’t get it til the next day. They came but didn’t have the trundle to the bed nor the box spring / mattress for the beds. They pull the couch off and it’s broken ( brand new) I was told they ordered that part of the section and it would be in Thursday. The deliver guys was nice but had to make a lot of trips because stuff kept being left off. The mattress was never put on my ticket that I asked for so it wasn’t brought again. They call and then bring it out didn't charge me for it but I told them I needed a mattress to fit the trundle and I’m given this huge mattress that won’t even fit it took 4 people to try and pull the trundle out bc the mattress is to big. I called today to see if the other part of my sectional came in and they had no idea I have to wait to speak to mike in the morning. This has been beyond stressful trying to get furniture. I have used Aaron's in the past and was satisfied until my latest purchase which I am completely unsatisfied with and also unsatisfied with the customer service from Aaron's. I purchased a top loading washing machine without an agitator. My clothes have never looked worse. The washer simply does not clean our clothes. I've tried everything, the best detergent, added boosters, added softener, pre-treated any stains with vigor and our clothes still look and feel dingy. The washer also leaves mystery marks on our clothes. Even an all white load of sheets will come out with gray streaks on it. After talking to Aaron's about my experience and asking them to replace the washer, possibly purchasing this one back, and I'd buy another and pay the difference, I was simply and flatly told no. A washer is a large expense and it seems a company that I have done business with in the past would do what it could to make their customers happy and try to make it right. I'm new to the whole rent furniture/appliances but my frustration of potentially having to replace my aging refrigerator led me to many doorways along Palm Coast parkway and online. Sticker Shock is real. I've paid less for second hand cars.lol Aaron's was my last local stop before my actual standing appointment with a local repair guy. The employees here were so friendly, patient and understanding as I was in a fact finding mission before committing to any potential repairs. I left feeling well informed. I came back 2 days later choosing to invest in a year old scratch and dent which made the most economical sense.
