Jaguar Smoke and Vape 2 — Local services in Palm Coast

This was my first time to this vape shop and I’ve got to say, the pretty gem behind the counter with the dark hair was so knowledgeable, so sweet and recommended great products. Unfortunately, two angry men came in screaming at her because “their big vape didn’t work after they put too much juice inside of it”. She offered to fix the vape, to take a look at it for them for free, to do anything to help their experience - up to a customer offering to buy them a new one so they’d leave the poor girl alone —-yet, they continued screaming at her and she never once faltered or became unkind when she had every right to. Two big angry men against one tiny sweet girl who was genuinely trying to help. I will forever support this business because of the kind staff they have there. Another staff member came in during the confrontation and also really stayed polite and kind- helped me with my purchase while it was all going on and made the experience better than most any shop I’ve ever been in. 10/10 would recommend to anybody. This is not a normal occurrence in the city of palm coast and these two are extremely admirable for the way they handled the situation. Jaguar Smoke & Vape 2 is my go to for everything! They always have a great selection of disposables to try, plus they always help me out with my flavor decisions (Raelyn was amazing and super patient since I couldn’t figure out which one I wanted!!)!! They’ve got top tier customer service here and honestly, at every Jaguar I’ve been to, they’re always incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. A HUGE plus for me too is that they have the Kratom I need. I shop here often, this location and the one beside the gym in PC. Last time I went in, the girl talked me into buying a new battery and a new line of vape so it brought my points up, to where I had $10 off next purchase came into this location and the machine was broke, this was like 2 weeks ago, so I went to the other location and my points had not been added! I was promised the owner would be calling me, Steve I believe, but 2 weeks later no phone call. My points were not added, and I have the receipt also they can see in their system past transactions but the guy said he had no way of telling. Nice employees but that machine didn't add my points and then the next week it was broken. Not cool because I spend a lot of money...
