Being a single mom of three time is something that is hard to find. I was able to call initially for information. They also text to follow-up which I was able to do during my breaks and lunch. Can't say enough great things about this place! We called to ask about pricing for a chipped windshield and how long it would take and he said 10-15 mins! He said we could drive over right away and they could fix it. We drove in the lot and were immediately directed to where we needed to go and someone helped us right away! The chip was fixed in less than 15 minutes and insurence covered it! After a long road trip that left our car with thousands of dead bugs all over the front and side mirrors as well as endless mud everywhere we decided to get a car wash there as well. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Worst experience ever! Alex came to my house to replace my windshield for $365 cash (which is the only currency he said they accepted.) As soon as I turned my car back on, I had multiple warnings and I immediately had to take my car to Palm Springs BMV where they said the Kafas camera was shorted out due to being pulled on too hard and the cost to fix it was $3200. Alex decided he only wanted to pay $1000 of the damage his company caused, I then had to threaten small claims court and the BAR where he then said he’ll only pay $2000 and I was stuck with paying the rest out of pocket.
