I was really looking forward to trying on and buying some items in store on my recent Palm Springs vacation. I have one BBP jumpsuit which I bought online and love. The store only had one side open so the items available to browse were extremely limited. The sales person behind the counter didn’t acknowledge us. I found a couple things to try but needed a different size. When I came out to inquire about a different size another shopper rushed into my change room and brought my items out to the counter. I said I wasn’t done in the room but the staff didn’t say a word to her and told me my size was sold out. I asked if they had my size in other colors and the sales person said “No, I don’t know” and turned away. It was very clear the store wasn’t interested in my business which is a shame because I had budgeted $400 for the shopping trip and left with nothing. I’ve been recommending BBP to friends as a size inclusive and cute option for clothes but after that experience I’ll stop shopping and recommending in person and online. High prices for quality pieces I can justify but add terrible service that left me feeling unwelcome and it’s a no for me. If I could give 0...
Read moreVirtually no parking whatsoever. For the Coachella valley / desert it’s really annoying. The store is split up into two spots and I’m not sure why. One door on the left is a side and the other door is the other side of the store. Big bud press used to have lots of different styles in different patterns. Now it’s simply exorbitant basics?? No fun designs. Just size inclusive EXPENSIVE basic jumpsuits n t shirts. Really dissapointing how downhill the brand went. I used to buy so much stuff. I haven’t bought anything from this store in years now because every time I go in it’s just socks, tote bags, hats, and jumpsuits in every...
Read moreMy partner and I had the most lovely experience at the Big Bud Press shop in Palm Springs over the weekend. My partner has recently been seeking out gender neutral clothing, and this was the perfect place to visit. It was so much fun seeing how the different silhouettes fit and we ended up leaving with a few things each and a list of "to be bought" items. But the staff was the absolute highlight. Jasmine, Jules, and Manaje (so sorry for the horrific spelling attempt!) helped us out so much, from grabbing different sizes and recommending different styles. It was such a nice way to wrap up our Palm Springs visit. Would...
