My husband and I just came back from a week's stay at this resort. The pools were sparkling clean, the outside and inside looked like it was freshly painted, the room was huge, had a lot of windows and was well appointed. It lists the kitchen as a kitchenette but it is a full kitchen with a large refrigerator, oven, microwave, big sink and 4 burner stove. We had one of the largest rooms with 2 bathrooms and a large cozy stone fireplace. The manager, Gracie, and Asst. Manager, Peggy, were so nice and helpful. If we needed anything or had questions they were always available. It was very quiet - you could hear the birds singing. There were humming birds, jack rabbit and butterflies. They have a lot of grassy areas, bar-be-ques, tables with umbrellas, chairs, and lounge chairs too around the pool. The room had two big desks which was nice as I brought my lap top as I had to work. The resort is centrally located - less than a 10 min. drive to down town Palm Springs where there is a lively night life with lots of good places to eat. And Cathedral City and Rancho Mirage are only a short drive. You can sit outside and watch the sun go down over the magnificent mountains which are close by. The room was very clean. They allowed us to use the washer and dryer - it was...
Read moreMy parents and I have been coming here for decades. It's a timeshare that has passes through many management company's hands and had several shady board members. The place itself has seen a few upgrades over the past 40 years but has a long way to go before it can be called "modern". Rooms vary in size and amenities but you can expect a TV, cable, bed, fridge, silverware drawer, pans, etc. Ice maker in the back of the office. Two pools, a jacuzzi, a small putting green/croquet field, small game and book library in the office. Mostly retired folks and families through timeshare ownership or exchange. Not sure how pricing goes these days, but don't expect too much besides a quiet spot to unwind and...
Read moreThis place is a quiet and small timeshare resort with big rooms and 2 pools. This is actually my in-laws' timeshare. What I don't like about it is the way the organization does business. It's changed hands so many times. Owners are limited to the one location, which can get old quickly if you're the kind of person who doesn't like to go to the same destination for EVERY vacation. If you're looking to invest in a timeshare, look elsewhere, where you'll get more choices and the organization is...
