dd's DISCOUNTS — Local services in Palmdale

I was there on vacation for about a month and I have never heard of your business and I visited before I left a couple of times and seeing that you guys had very affordable pricings and you guys were very organized as well. If I had the money when I was there I sure would have went shopping except for that I did get two sets of makeup in which we're well worth it. Very affordable price. And the customer service is great as well thank you for the welcoming experience because as soon as you walk in the door you are greeted and that means something that means a lot thank you very much you have a great team working and they do very well and they were very kind and respectful 💯💕 I know where I'll be shopping when I come back...

This is a huge store with many items and gadgets to choose from but absolutely NO restroom. When I asked about that the cashier said to go to Starbucks to use the restroom. I asked to speak to the manager and she never called him/her. I then asked if they had a shopping cart without poles on it to take my items to my car. She said no that I can pull up to the door and load my car. I wasn't offered help to my car. This store is too large to not have a public restroom and because of that and the lack of customer service I won't shop there again. BTW I didn't complete my order, just left it at the register,...

Rude employee named Jay .. she was horrible at costumer service I walk in and head toward the back of the store she comes up and starts yelling at my son and i about our drinks which are water from Starbucks in clear cups on a day when it’s 104 out …she states “we can’t have them in the store” I told her no reason to yell at us we simply will not shop here .. the security guard nor the employee in the front said any thing about the drinks and were very respectful with greeting I’d hope the employee named Jay or J is no longer there until then I’ll shop elsewhere ...
