Ok, I LOVE PIZZA!!! PH is not normally my go to place but it was convenient at the time. Our cashier/server was JoJo. AMAZING service 👏🏻 🙌. She is the ONLY reason I gave 3 stars!! Let's say this, JoJo would be the ONLY reason I would return to this location just because she's very good at customer service. I actually called to order before we got there. We were at the car wash across the parking lot. Jojo answered and immediately placed me on hold. Normal for a busy restaurant, no biggie. Now we're done at the car wash and walk into PH, right up to the register. We were immediately greeted and sincerely asked if we could give her just a few moments because she has a call she's had waiting for a while. I instantly informed her that it was me and I had just released the line just before we came inside. Jojo went on to apologize for the wait and asked if we wanted to hear the specials. Fast-forward I thanked her for that, attempted to come back to the phone although there were people at the counter already. We were not forgotten about which happens at other places A LOT! SOOO she takes our order, we sit down and get our pizza. The place "appeared" clean until I walked into the bathroom to wash my hands. A strong stitch reaks the room 😖, around the toilet is rotting away and rusted. At each table they have these paper towel holders, the vertical kind, standing. We're eating which was not good. The whole pizza was bland🤢🤮! I've never ate pizza and felt it needed salt or like something is missing. I don't even like salt. Getting back to this paper towel situation, we're almost done eating and I noticed on the corner of the top flap that was some stringy stuff, NOT CHEESE. Well! I'm like that's a spider web! There were spider webs on the darn paper towel holder 😫 We just left, I couldn't find a nice way, or word to say. NEVER AGAIN! LOVE JOJO...
Read moreI as a consumer was very disappointed in the service I’ve received! I normally don’t do delivery because I’ve had too many unpleasant experiences! But tonight was one of the worst…. I had family over we were watching the fight & decided that it would be best to order food! I ordered online for delivery & soon realized it was a 3rd delivery through DoorDash…. When it was time for delivery text messages were sent & no response! Then after about 5 mins of trying to contact the driver, the driver than sent a picture with my food on the ground in front of some random call box! Reallyyyyy!!!!! Am I supposed to just ride around looking for said call box to pick my food up off the ground? Absolutely absurd!! Now I have no food & have spent my hard earned money to get the very worst experience possible! I then call the Pizza Hut location, explained the issue & asked for a refund then to be placed on hold for over 45 mins calling back several times before I then threaten to call corporate before I was told that I would be issued a refund in 3 to 4 business days without a reference # or no valid evidence of said refund! So we shall see…… It’s safe to say that this will be my last experience...
Read moreHas to be one of the shadiest PH I’ve ever delivered for. They tell you they can’t provide a receipt that shows the customers breakdown including tips when this is standard with all other PH locations. Every order that gets dispatched has $0 tip which is why it’s important up see the breakdown since they are subbing out to DD.
Today was exceptionally questionable, they had outsourced an order to DD multiple of us drivers had to return it because they input the customers address as being on Ave S but the PH receipt they tried not giving me showed Ave Q. What do you think happened on this situation? The order gets returned because they contacted with DD to deliver to Ave S & not Ave Q but they somehow don’t care & kept saying they told us. I’m sorry telling me to deliver to a different address other than what you’re sending out to DD is a huge red flag for fraud.
So not only is this store showing signs of stealing tips by refusing to provide a adequate receipt they also can’t outsource correctly.
