Terrible experiences since Robin had left. She was very helpful and got us just what we needed. My husband and I purchased our wedding bands here, as well as my engagement ring. All went well, until we went back 3 months before our wedding to get my husband's ring resized.. they stated it had to be sent out..and a new one would be issued and we would have it 4 to 6 weeks from then. 2.5 MONTHS later we received it! First, I got told it was in new york. Then it had to get sent to California. So, 2 weeks before our wedding we finally gotten it back. Then, I had my wedding band and engagement ring soldered by them. Got it back 2 days later, and the ring does not line up with the band. Awful job, very rushed. Let alone, with my husband's ring being sent out, I was told I had to pay for the shipping.. when I went back to pick it up, another employee was there and told me it was free I didn't have to pay for the shipping. My point here is, this place is phony, and will give you a run...

At least one person on staff here is either incompetent or dishonest. My father recently passed away and my family asked me to get the value of my mother's vintage engagement ring (my mother passed away some years ago). The woman here told me the ring was fake; that it was maisonette, a cheaper gemstone, and she didn't know anyone who would buy it. I told her that 2 other jewelers had already confirmed to me that it was real and had given me a value ( I was just trying to get a few different comparisons). Besides, I knew what it was, it was my mother's engagement ring from 1956. And just to be sure, my brother took it to a fourth jeweler just to verify, and yes, it is a real diamond. So what am I to think? Did Freeman Jewelers profile me, thinking I was trying to sell a stolen ring? Or did she really not know what a real diamond looks like? Do not trust Pete the jeweler. Went in for my cross to be fixed. He asked if I had the chain, I said yes. He went in the back fixed my cross and switched out my chain for a thin one. I showed him pictures that the chain is different and he didn't want to hear it. He said that there was no other chain out.
