Norman's Hallmark Shop — Local services in Palmer Township

If I could give this store zero stars, I absolutely would. My experience here was nothing short of a nightmare. I purchased a Christmas ornament with my young children, only to find that it wasn’t functioning properly. This led to my first trip back to the store, where I was met with skepticism and treated as though I was lying about the issue. After much back and forth, I was finally allowed to exchange the item.

Unfortunately, when I returned home, I discovered that the replacement ornament was broken inside the box. This prompted a second trip to the store, where I encountered the store manager, Cristi. Instead of being helpful, she rudely interrupted me and claimed the store had a policy of not accepting ornament returns after the 24th, advising me to contact Hallmark directly.

After calling Hallmark, I learned from a supervisor that this information was completely inaccurate. Each store sets its own policies, meaning Cristi chose to dismiss my concerns rather than assist me. Now, I’m stuck waiting for a resolution from Hallmark, left with a broken ornament and disappointed children.

To make matters worse, the store manager’s attitude was appalling—she was rude, argumentative, and made it abundantly clear that she didn’t care about the customer experience. She even stated that she didn’t care if I wrote a review, which speaks volumes about her lack of professionalism.

Adding insult to injury, I found the exact same ornament on Amazon for $10 less. This store is overpriced and clearly doesn’t value its customers. Save yourself the time, money, and...

Hallmark has taken a nose dive when it comes to sending those sentimental words! Only 2 card choices for a Valentine birthday & 2 card choices for a husband card on his wedding day!!!

Later that afternoon I stumbled across all those “Hallmark Expressions” card line @ MY LOCAL DOLLAR TREE store!

“When you care enough to send the very best.” I guess you will shop your local Dollar Tree for the old time favorite...

I enjoy going to the Hallmark Shop, a lot of timeless Christmas ornaments and Christmas gifts idea for the whole family. A very clean store and very friendly people. I do suggest for everyone to shop here, especially if they're looking for great Christmas...
