SUPERCUTS — Local services in Palmer Township

If I could give this a half rating I definitely would. So around 2-3 days ago I scheduled an appointment at 2:45 on the phone for a cut, style, and wash. I get there at 2:40 and my no one checked me in, another lady walks in about 20 mins later and was greeted...I still was not greeted. Then I finally get to the chair and she washes my hair( barely). The girl has short black hair, her personality was completely garbage. So she begins to brush my hair. I have very thick curly hair by the way so you can not style my hair the way you would someone with flat straight hair. She then proceeded to not part my hair at all and blow dry it with her fingers......She didn’t thin out my hair at all like I asked her to do. She ended up giving me layers (just 2) it looked like I had really bad extensions. My mom walks over and ask her politely to fix it because it looked horrible and with an attitude just rolled her eyes and said that’s how my hair is. Now it’s timw to straighten my hair ( it’s still wet due to her not blow drying properly) and she just takes the straightener which is like 1 inch thick and takes huge pieces of my hair and try’s to “straighten it” my hair was supper frizzy it looked horrible. The other hair dresser walks over and tried to show her how to properly blow dry and straighten my hair. The girl says “ take her to your chair because my other clients are here “ I was so disgusted. I’m payin for a service and she was rude. I also had her do bangs and they are so long and thin. Never will I come here again. The lady who tried to fix my hair was very nice and did the...

Went to the Northwood Center in Easton, PA and had to wait 30 minutes despite having an online appt. One stylist was with a customer and one was just finishing a customer. We were the only other patrons there. One of the ladies seemed very good and attentive, but the other decided it was OK to take a lunch break just as our appointment time approached and left us sitting. So we sat for 30 minutes until the other girl went back to hurry the one on break along. She then comes sauntering out and spends a total of about 10 minutes on my son's hair, and this includes an interruption of which she addressed another incoming customer for 2 minutes. In the end the haircut was bad, uneven, too long and a big waste of time and money. I was so annoyed I couldn't even express my discontent without sounding rude - so I paid and left. Poor customer service and what seems like an inexperienced stylist....

I've had about 3 or 4 haircuts from here since they've opened, and every one of them has been great. Staff is very nice and conversational. Quick and quality cuts.

EDIT 4/8/17:

It seems like lately every time I come in, it's a crapshoot as to whether or not you get a good stylist or not. Luckily there are good stylists here that are willing to make it right (Megan) and improve on the haircut.

I want to personally thank Ashlee for giving me a flawless haircut every single visit. She has been my stylist for several months and I appreciate her talent, energy, and charisma. Definitely management material! 5/5 stars.

Years later and Ashlee is still my stylist! She's the star of the shop and continues to exude...
