Recently I went to Tru Salon for a cut and color. During my consult, the stylist seemed to understand completely what I was looking for, but after my hair was washed and dried the color was completely wrong from what I walked in with. If you are going to get your hair colored here, make sure you know how to speak hairstylist language as far as describing shades and tones of color. Also, you may want to bring a picture of what your hair looks like, even though its currently on your head. In addition to that, being so preoccupied with the wrong color I missed the fact that my layers were uneven! A nice big section was chopped out and missing. The color is exceptionally applied and even but if its not the right color then its not what I wanted. When I called and tried to get my money back, they refused.
