Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Lower Nazareth Township

I never had it when I lived in Florida. My son asked me to take him after work. I ordered the Spicy Chicken sandwich fries and chocolate shake and man was that chicken spicy. It killed me with heartburn. But the fries and shake were phenomenal. Next time I went for breakfast. I had tasty tiny biscuits with bite size chicken nuggets. Not enough bang for your buck. Not even close. The next time I got the nugget meal. Again... not enough bang for the buck. The chicken sandwiches have 2 options. Reg and deluxe. I'm guessing deluxe means lettuce on it? It comes with sweet pickle slices only on a brioche bun. Next time I'll try the strips. But the milkshake is SOOOOO WORTH IT TO GO! I also want to try the lemonade I hear it's fantastic. There is also an app so u can pre order. The drive thru line wraps all the way around the building because the line is so LONG. So long in fact that the last car I line was even with the car at the window. I had to honk to get between the cars to drive away. People are so lazy! When I got in line I said FORGET THIS! I parked and went in. I ordered and got my food and left. When I went to pull out I noticed that the car that was in front of me in the drive thru line when I initially pulled up still hadn't made it to the order panel yet! I'm not waiting in a car line that takes 45 minutes just to order. Do yourself a favor and go in to order. Who is so lazy they'd wait 2 hours in a drive thru order line? That's so...

After waiting in the drive thru line for over 30 minutes we gave our order to the guy standing outside, he put everything into the system and charged us through the app; we saw it take the money out and our rewards. Then after reloading our account with another 10$ to pay the 2$ remainder we are told the system went down and after speaking with who I believe was the manager on shift was told we’ll need to pay again. She said that the other amount (20$ and 6$ of rewards) we paid should be refunded to the account in a few days and if not to call. After telling her we’re not comfortable repaying for something we don’t actually know will be refunded later on we ask to cancel the order because she insists we will need to repay. The manager doesn’t apologize not once for the time wasted in line and the aggravation caused at the pick up window and allows us to leave without our food which they then have to (and I hope they actually did) throw out. We will not ever be returning to this chik fil a. Their drive thru is madness and we can never seem to get through it without problems. Why charge someone twice for an order and take the chance that it will be refunded. Very disappointed with the way they handled this.

Food is good. Service was excellent. LONG lines for drive-thru handled well. However, human consideration was GROSSLY LACKING.

I picked up my food via the driveway and parked to eat. After, I really needed the bathroom. Customers were able to go in and order/pick up food. So, I went in to use the bathroom. I am a severely handicapped person, on oxygen and rely on a power chair. I went through the whole process of unloading my chair and getting in it, which takes a lot of effort, and made my way into the store. I was met by a staff member who told me I could not use the bathroom. They were off limit because of COVID-19. I explained my situation and asked if they could make an exception and the manager said "no!" Honestly, I don't understand why the bathrooms are out of use due to COVID-19 as it is a respiratory flu, not a stomach/GI virus. If you are letting customers in the store, they're masked, limiting possible spread, how would using the bathroom have any negative impact? Fortunately, I was able to ride my chair several parking lots over to another restaurant who allowed me to use their bathroom. Otherwise, I would have had to reload my chair, drive to somewhere else, unload the chair, find a bathroom, then reload the chair for the second time. That would have been a real...
