Overall experience with Bouche was very good. Javier the salesperson was excellent. He is extremely knowledgeable and he directed us to appliances that would fit our needs, he did not let me choose just on looks alone - he educated us on the different features the products offered. Javier took the time to help us understand the financial impacts of our choices, as there were specials running with some vendors and not others. He also went out of his way to send me videos and pdfs so that I could feel comfortable with the decisions my husband and I were making.
Billing experience - the online payment feature was easy to use, in addition, we needed a refund and we received it within days. Excellent service.
Flexibility - Very accommodating with schedules. I had to pick up some items early and others were delivered.
Returns / Exchanges - we received a damaged oven and we received the wrong dishwasher (Bouche notified us of this error). We simply took pictures of the oven and had a conversation. They exchanged our dishwasher, picked up our damaged oven and our new replacement oven was ordered. Very simple and prompt service.
The only experience I had issue with was what happened after we ordered our new double oven to replace the damaged one. The new oven did not arrive the day promised. I realize this is not Bouche's fault; however, it was the way it was handled. I didn't feel there was a sense of urgency, nor interest in our problem. The oven was supposed to come right before Christmas and it was delivered a week later. I know Christmas is a busy time, but it would have been great if there was a little more concern - the "it is Christmas" i understand, but throw me something, a sorry just didn't work for me, not after all we purchased.
