JD Sports — Local services in Palmetto Bay

Went to the Dadeland location yesterday to buy my daughter’s Christmas presents. They didn’t have the size in store but the gentleman offered for us to stand in line and order with the front desk. Well the girl with the nose ring and spider man shirt,since she didn’t even say hello and offer her name was so nasty, unhelpful and just didn’t care to assist. She kept saying something about what’s the name on the order. I kept explaining we weren’t picking up an order that we needed place one. She asked for my name which I gave to her and kept scrolling telling me there’s nothing there. I’m not sure what their process is but I was explaining myself perfectly that all we needed to do was place it. Now if the guy didn’t upload the details to her device that’s not for us to figure out it was for her to assist with. We were even offering to bring the shoe to the counter. Still wouldn’t look up or address us properly. We just ended up leaving. Will never go back and I suggest unless you have the patience for rude and unhelpful staff then I would suggest you...

I visited the JD Sports location on the Falls for a highly anticipated shoe release, which was advertised as first-come, first-served. I arrived at 9:25 AM, 35 minutes before the store opened, and was 12th in line.

However, my excitement quickly turned to disappointment. By 10:40 AM, I was informed that only size 8 was left, which didn't fit me. To make matters worse, the staff claimed that customers were limited to purchasing one adult and one child pair, yet I witnessed multiple individuals walking out with 3-4 bags.

The lack of organization, inconsistent enforcement of purchase limits, and overall chaotic atmosphere made for a "super ghetto" experience. As a customer, I expect a fair and respectful shopping environment, which JD Sports failed to provide.

Unless JD Sports improves their event management and customer service, I would caution others against visiting this location for...

I didn’t know what a JD sports was until one day I randomly walked in. The variety of shoes fit my entire family is limitless. They had the perfect outfits to match which takes the hard work of guessing and running to extra stores with 3 kids on your hip out of the equation. Everything is clean and organized for easy access and well illuminated so I can see. The staff helped me bringing our multiple shoes for the kids and I to try even if we didn’t buy them all this didn’t get upset, the staff suggested comfortable options and helped with my baby who was over the whole experience, I enjoyed my experience here and have since been back the manager Alexa and her staff are exceptional I recommend...
